Intense Mentoring

The aim of this package is to identify the barriers impacting students' engagement with education, enabling us to create a bespoke plan tailored to their needs, interests, and their school's aspirations for our provision. We help them address these barriers in a safe and trusted environment, progressively increasing their time in small group learning settings to bridge the gap between their current situation and full school integration. Throughout this process, we provide detailed daily session reports, linking each session to the desired outcomes.
